Q. How often should I clean my carpet?
A. Recommended frequency varies greatly. As a “Rule of Thumb” at least once a year. Light colored carpets with heavy use can require 2-4 times per year.

Q. How long does it take to dry?
A. Our process takes 3-5 hours to dry for carpets and 2-4 hours to dry for upholstery cleaning. Lengthy drying can contribute to odors, mold and mildew. Our process allows fabrics to be about 90% dry at completion. You will be able to walk through your house immediately once we are done.

Q. How do I keep my carpet looking Great?
A. Regular and thorough vacuuming at least once a week and more often in heavy traffic areas will remove soil and dirt particles before they become embedded into the carpet.

Q. How do I get up a spill?
A. Act quickly. The recommended method is to blot up liquids with a white cloth. NEVER scrub with a brush.
